Okay here's a photo from my 7 and 1/2 hour walk up Mt. Tongariro, which took ALL DAY.
This was originally stitched together from two different photos that I took shakily and shoddily without a tripod then tried vainly to stick together in Photoshop. Taken on a shit camera so don't blame me about the quality
This photo was taken at the top of Mt. Tongariro at 1900m above sea level and is looking down into the crater of the volcano. Red Crater to be precise. There was sulphur fumes rising from the ground and when you touched the ground it was warm/almost hot to the touch.
Anyways enjoy a slight break from emoticons
